Order Process & Shipping Method:
Your order will be shipped within one business day after your payment is confirmed. Usually we ship the orders next day except on weekends and holidays. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. The tracking and delivery information will be provided to you upon shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy:
For all domestic orders if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with the product you receive, we have a seven day money back return policy. The returned and exchanged item must be unused, in original condition and packaging as received with all parts and accessories such as straps, dust bags, tags still attached, paper wraps, authenticity cards, care booklets and be returned within the “seven day” period from the date of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please make sure the returning item does not have any scratches, marks or blemishes. Once the item is past the “seven day” period it cannot be returned or exchanged. We can not refund the shipping charges.
