General Terms and Conditions:
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the equipment you are interested in, please e-mail or call Bill with your questions. We will make our best effort to answer your questions. We liquidate equipment on behalf of financial institutions, and all equipment is sold on an "As-Is" basis. All sales are final, and must be paid in full by accepted payment methods prior to the equipment being released for pick-up. Payment in full must be received within 5 business days of the acceptance of your bid. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to void the sale at our discretion. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax of 6.5%. We have the ability to load and ship any type of equipment from our facility, but all shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility. We will be happy to estimate packing and shipping cost before purchase, but these are estimates. Customers are always welcome to arrange their own shipping, and we do not charge to load your truck.
