- All of My Handmade Crafts are New and In Excellent Condition Unless Noted Otherwise.
- I am not a Big Box Store. I do Not Keep Large Amounts of Inventory on Hand.
- I do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges.
- All of my Art Ships Directly From my Art Studio.

WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES OR IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
- If Your Order do not Arrive on Expected Ship Date...Please Notify me Immediately so That I can Put a Tracer on Your Order. - If Your Item/s Was Damaged During Shipment, Do not Dispose the Box it Came in or the Contents. Please send me Pictures of Damaged Box and Product/s. -
- Once Inspection is Complete...if Refund to You is Warranted, You will Be Notified and Issued A Refund for the Damaged Item/s.
