Shipping Domestic Orders (within USA)...We ship USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Service (insured at customers request only), USPS Express Mail Service, and USPS Registered Mail (1st Class or Priority) Only. We do not ship UPS or FedEx no more. Our USA flat rate S/H posted in our ads is for up to 60 pound only shipping weight (items can be combined in this small box under this flat rate at no extra charge). Medium Flat Rate box is $13 for up to 60 pounds, and $17 large box Flat Rate for up to 60 pounds as well. Some items S/H rate will differ from our standard flat rate due to irregular size items that will not fit in our standard flat rate boxes and will require an odd size packaging (non-flat rate Priority Mail Service boxes).
We accept the following forms of payment for Domestic Orders…..
PayPal (preferred method of payment)
Personal Checks (item/s will be held until check clears…..within 3 to 10 days)
Money Orders (We prefer legitimate US Postal Money Orders)
- All Domestic Orders paid through valid PayPal payments must be received by us within 3 days (including Sundays & Holidays) OR within 10 days (minus Sundays or Holidays) for all forms of valid mail in payments (legitimate Personal Checks or Money Orders only) to be received by us…..or sale/order will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL FROM US FIRST!! No Cashiers Checks (Bank Checks) accepted. All PayPal eChecks must clear our account within 5 days of our receipt (clears normally within 2-4 days). **We do not accept payment plans, so please do not ask.**

Our return policy is very simple.....If you are not satisfied with your purchase; just contact us within 7 days (Monday - Sunday) immediately after receipt of your order for a RA# (Return Authorization Number), then securely package it and return it (we highly recommend having it insured). Once we receive the item in good condition (it will be inspected), we will refund your monies back (minus S/H). We do not accept returns made on cut stones that have been mounted or attempted to be mounted in a setting by a jeweler or alike. The reason we do not accept these returns under those conditions is.....We do not know if the jeweler or alike has applied heat to the setting for mounting purposes, used undue stress on the stone w/combination of heat applied to cause internal damage, or even returned the same stone given to them by you. By a jeweler applying heat to a setting and undue stress to the stone for mounting purposes can possibly change the color, clarity, and strength of a stone from the heat application and undue stress, some stones being less or more acceptable to these conditions than others. Also, it is possible that the stone could be scratched (blemishes) or chipped while being handled. We give the exact dimensions of the cut stone being purchased, and we highly recommend that you check with your jeweler or alike first for the correct dimensions in regards for mounting prior to purchasing. This policy also applies to any form of enhancement of gem rough, gem carvings, and jewelry purchased as well. We will not accept any returns on any gem rough, gem carvings, jewelry, or pre-cut gemstones that have been enhanced in any manner. All jewelers, jewelry stores, and trade dealers have the same policy. Thank you!
