PLEASE BE ADVISED WE keep detailed photos of all items and WHEN THERE IS A RETURN WE have an outside sourse stand while we open package and video the opening and inventory of return.If it is not what we shipped you we will file fraud charges.IF you are in another state and it crosses state lines,we will notify FBI as it then becomes a federal matter. WE know you would never do anything like that but we have had on 2 occasions people of questionable backgrounds attempt to return items that were not sold by us. If we advertise that a item is new it will be new otherwise almost everything we sell is used , old , or has belonged to someone other than a retail store. ALTHOUGH WE pride ourselves on our knowledge we do make mistakes and will note any question we might have about our item and we will attempt to have some history on older items if possible .Such as where we got it and how it was represented to us at purchase.I buy because I liked the Item and that is usually the only reason for my ownership. I took a liking to trivets one day and in 3 weeks I owned 23 of them .SALT SHAKERS over 200 kerosene lamps over 30 ALSO Pianos 9 and counting some are great some are junk .I am a collector first and a business man second. BUT I HAVE BEEN OUT OF ROOM FOR 5 years and wife 7 is ready to leave. TOO old to get another. |
