~ 1. All pieces are sold as is and all sales are final; but we'll make sure you're happy BEFORE your purchase is even invoiced or shipped. We have NEVER had a PayPal chargeback. We have emails from one happy customer after another ... just ask to see them.
~ 2. God is in the details ... ask for them. But please be respectful and honest about your intentions. We're ONLY a two person operation and compromising customer service is NOT an option. However, spending a week chatting via email only to not make the sale is really tough. Especially if it's because we're just being "pumped" for information because you have the same or a very similar item and need to know price, value, date etc.,
~ 3. While we haven't posted our phone number, we don't mind phone calls. Just let us know if and when you need to talk offline. If you want to drop us a line just to say hi or to make a suggestion, you can use the contact seller button. We'll be sure to get back to you!
~ 4. All items listed for sale are out of our own collections unless otherwise stated.
~ 5. Purchases made using PayPal will include all applicable transaction fees. They will ship within 48 hours.
~ 6. Purchases made using Postal Money Orders will not ship until the M.O. has cleared our bank. This can add 3-4 days to a transaction.
~ 7. Domestic packages ship via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours, include insurance and delivery confirmation. If your package requires custom shipping you will be notified immediately. DHL is our second carrier of choice. |
