1. Use hand sanitizer before and in-between petting puppies.
(Puppies can get a cold just as easily as humans can)
2. Please DO NOT pick up the puppies without asking an employee first.
3. Please keep fingers out of all animal cages. Even a tame animal can bite.
4. No returns on Live Animal Sales or Special Orders.
5. Please DO NOT leave your child unsupervised.
6. Please DO NOT tap on any glass containing live animals. This can be very stressful to the animal and not good for there overall health!
7. Please be respectful to the animals, employees, and customers in the store.
8. Freshwater fish have 48 hour gaurantee. Fish marked buyer risk there is no gaurantee due to the expert care of the animal.
9. Store Credit will be issued on returned merchandise if you have a recipet.
