What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept, money orders only, either bank or post office. I am sorry that I cannot accept, Credit cards, COD's, Stamps, Gold or Silver.
To expedite, please use a money order or bank check. Due to new US Banking practices, all Canadian and other International Checks and Money Orders not drawn through US Banks will be assessed an additional $40.00 fee. This Fee is non-negotiable. Also due to the time it takes to process this type of payment all shipments will be delayed until the money order has been cleared by the bank. This typically takes up to two weeks. For this reason and others I will not accept Canadian or international orders.
How long will it take to get my order?
I typically ship orders on a weekly basis for items that are already in stock. For custom orders it may take up to a week or more depending on the component availability.
Please contact me directly if there is an immediate need for the item ordered.
How will my items be shipped?
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is available upon request. But I can ship UPS if your needs require this service. I am sorry, but I cannot accept orders outside of the USA.
What are the Shipping Charges?
Shipping Charges are done at time of sale and will be calculated according to weight and destination location of purchase.
A follow up e-mail will be sent once purchase has been made.
To Whom do I make the Money order out to?
All Money Orders are to be made out to JUDITH SCHMITT only. Do not put JLS CREATIVE ENTERPRISE on the Money Order unless it is on the memo section. Money Orders made out to JLS Creative Enterprise will be returned.
What is your return Policy?
All items are returnable as long as they are undamaged and/or unworn and must have the original packaging included. A refund will be given less shipping charges and subject to inspection once the item is returned. Shipping charges for return of the product will not be refunded. Contact Judith Schmitt before returning the product.
What if my order doesn't arrive or is damaged during shipping?
If your package does not arrive on the expected ship date from the carrier notify Judith Schmitt at JLS Creative Enterprise immediately so that a tracer can be placed on the package. If the item was damaged during shipping, do not dispose of the contents or the box. Notify Judith Schmitt immediately. A request for refund of damaged goods to the shipping company will be instituted and a possible inspection of the damaged package will be required. Once the inspection is complete and if a refund to you is warranted you will be notified and a Money Order for the item will be issued. No refund for shipping charges will be made unless the carrier also refunds these funds as well.
