Payment: We're committed to providing top-notch customer service to our buyers. If you have a question or a concern, please ask!
We accept Credit Card and eCheck payments through PayPal(Preferred method). eChecks take an average of 4-5 business days to clear your bank. We'll ship promptly after the check clears.
We accept money orders and cashier's checks, but no personal checks. Any personal checks received will be returned uncashed!!
Fees: Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged to Texas residents without a valid Sales & Use Tax Certificate on file with us.
Shipping: Orders are processed within 3 Business days of payment confirmation. We ship UPS with delivery confirmation unless otherwise stated. We only ship to addresses in the 48 Continental United States. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs quoted include the cost of packaging and shipping, including packing materials and order processing, as well as the actual freight charges involved.
Delivery: All items are in stock at the time of the listing. On rare occasions, if the item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, you will be notified via email and you may chose to either have your payment refunded or wait until the item is back in stock and it will be shipped immediately.
All products are Brand NEW unless otherwise stated.
Retail prices listed are the manufacturer's suggested retail prices(MSRP).

Refunds & Returns: All products are backed by our own 14-day money back guarantee as well as any applicable manufacturer's warranty. If there's a problem with a product, we want to know about it! If we have a duplicate of the item available we'll replace it for you. If not, we'll issue a refund. Refunds for NON-DEFECTIVE items will be at OUR discretion and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are for purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
