There is a 10 day refund on Gowns, Dresses, Prom Dresses! But, not on Jewelry & Accessories (including Hats). Discontinued items can not be returned or exchanged. At Diva D Bridal, we try and keep a large variety of clothing and supplies in stock. You will be notified of any changes that may apply. Brides don't be afraid to order from us. We are a safe company to order from with no complaints, and we are very proud of that. We do understand that it can be scary to order on-line because you don't know if your getting the right garment, we will keep our promise to you the customer that what you order you will receive from us.
We ask all our brides when ordering a gown, dress or any type of garment please order a few weeks ahead, some gowns may or may not be ready for shipping right away, so please ask when will the garment your ordering will be available and the size.
When, you are ready to placed an order we will send an invoice requesting payment through Paypal! We now except Checks, Money Orders (through USPS)! Also, we take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal only. All International shipping fees may apply for orders outside the U.S. No overseas Checks or Money Orders are excepted at this time! |
