Items may be returned within 7 days of the shipping date for a refund. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
* You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping & handling costs for defective or damaged items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping refunds are calculated using the least expensive shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will be refunded an amount equal to the least expensive shipping method).
* Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased.
* Before making a return please contact me to receive approval.
* Video Games will be exchanged if, and only if defective. Returned video games will be thoroughly tested; if found not defective, buyer will assume shipping expenses to have game returned. You will receive a refund within four (4) weeks of shipping your return.
