Satisfaction is guaranteed, all returns must be in original packaging in order to receive credit.
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty and in the unlikely event you were to receive a damaged or defective product you need to email azelectronics immediately for a return authorization(RMA)which would give the necessary steps needed to make it a smooth transaction and the return address of the warehouse.
Defective products returned to the warehouse in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns.
We will ship your product as soon as payment is received; however, in the event of any discovered damage or an out of stock situation you will be notified ASAP and given the option of waiting for new inventory or requesting a full refund. While these situations are extremely rare they can occur and every effort will be made to satisfy you.
Combined shipping on multiple item purchases is available as long as the items come out of the same warehouse. All products, unless stated must be shipped. At this time there are no provisions for local pick-up.
azelectronics cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
