We offer unique personalized sales, friendly service and custom installation of home theater and A/V systems, telecommunication systems, security systems, home automation systems, DIRECTV satellite system, structured wiring and distribution systems and custom-made entertainment systems for both Commercial and Residential. We are planning to expand our business by opening a storefront not only to capture and take advantage of the market share vacated by the closing of the CIRCUIT CITY Stores but also to take advantage and capture the sales, service and installation contracts from various companies and Government Agencies that requires a facility and manpower to cover northern territories. There is a big demand for the type of services we provide (all in one umbrella). Local big electronic retail stores either don’t Offer this type of services or they offer limited service (poor to very bad service). We believe therefore, that this is the best time to expand our business. To get the capital we need to start one storefront for now, we are offering business partnership rather than opting for a business loan. We have been in the Consumer Electronic business since 1995. We have a built in client based in the Solano County and Contra Costa County. Our future plan is to open a storefront in the following strategic areas: Concord, American Canyon, San Francisco, San Mateo, San Jose, Santa Rosa and Sacramento. Up to 40% EQUITY is available.
