Journeyman Cabinet Builder wanted to bid, design, build, and install complete kitchen, pantry, and laundry room cabinetry for our home. Work is not to be sublet but must be personally and fully accomplished to our mutually agreed specifications. Some components may be purchased at local big box home supply outlets if mutually agreed to in order to lower overall project costs. Job to be fully completed by NLT May 31, 2013 with actual installation to begin NLT May 27, 2013. Must provide references and provide written contract and proof of contractors insurance. No payments in advance of work being completed per the contract. Home owner will accomplish existing cabinet removal upon notification that all new cabinets are ready for installation.
