Standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required.
Automatic water fill system with in-line strainer.

CONTROLS:
Dual, countdown, digital timers for each tank.
Solid state digital thermostat maintains set temperature.
Solid state liquid level control maintains proper water level.
Tank controls are separate for independent operation of each tank.
Temeperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit.
