Its a 980 square ft apartment with two bedroom/ two bath. The apartment is located in Nottingham Apartments literally across the street from MTSU. You can walk to the campus in less than 20 minutes. The monthly rent is $307.50. Electric and cable combined run generally $100. There is a $250 deposit and a $30 application fee. I am looking for an outgoing, reliable, responsible, cleanly and fun person. Cats and dogs are welcome but there is a $350 pet fee. Smokers are welcome, I just ask you smoke only on the balcony. Must like small animals because I have a small female rat who stays mostly in her cage. You will be available to move in on July 31st. You will need to bring a bedroom suit for your room.
