We are looking for a Bar/Manager, Servers, and Cooks
The Job Descriptions are as Follows:

Bar/Manager: Duties will include: Prepare weekly schedules for front of house staff to adequately cover all shifts. Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained. Review sales and beverage costs, and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting. Ensure proper cash management. Resolve customer complaints. Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served. Serve it Right Certificate is required.

Servers: Duties will include: Prepare restaurant tables, attend to customers upon entrance, present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages, take/serve orders, answer questions, make recommendations for other products, collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff, deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude, issue bills, and accept payment. Serve it Right Certificate is required.

Full Time Cook: Looking for an experienced line and prep cook. Mostly daytime. Duties would include: opening, line set, food preparation, and line cooking. Room for creativity is available in soup and weekly/daily specials.

Part Time Cooks: Looking for a motivated, hardworking, and creative individual willing to learn about the food industry from the ground up. Nighttime, 5-8 hour shifts. Duties would include: Cooking Dishes to Order, Keeping a clean working environment, and properly closing down the kitchen for the night. Experienced cooks are also welcome.
