Condition and description: Excellent condition, with very light wear to the cover. The binding is tight. I saw a small spot on one card, but other than that, they are clean. This book appears to have never been used.
This unique cookbook is split into three sections: the top section Starters, the middle section Main Meals and the bottom section Desserts. With this book you can mix and match recipes to create more than a million different meals. Each recipe offers a suggestion to compliment each choice to create the perfect meal. Complete with Index and useful information which contains tips, hints, & techniques.
The recipes are printed on cards, 3 to a page. The front of each card contains a color photo of the dish, and suggested recipes to accompany the dish. Those suggestions refer to other recipe cards in the book. Each card has a number for reference.
