Synonpsis:

In this psychological thriller, rookie FBI Agent Rebecca Locke (Rachel Nichols) joins the Bureau's Los Angeles Violent Crimes Unit, unaware that she's been hand-picked for the dangerous job by its imposing leader, Supervisory Special Agent Virgil "Web" Webster (Peter Coyote). Originally conceived (by Todd Kessler and Glenn Kessler) as an FBI show with a 21 Jump Street touch, a pilot was shot (starring 'Rachel Nichols' , Peter Facinelli and Willa Holland which execs didn't approve. The show was then given to Tim Minear who completely retooled it
