 | The Shadow is a classic pulp hero that translated into a succesful radio show. Because of the success of the radio show it was enevitable that a attempt to bring the shadow to television would happen and it did, twice, once in this 1954 pilot and a second time in 1958. the 1958 version was aborted after two episodes and was rather reedited into a featur film known as the invisible avenger. The following is the 1954 pilot starring Tom Helmore as Lamont Cranston and Paula Raymond As Margot Lane, it was directed by Charles F. Haas and written by Peter Berry. Enjoy.
