(American painter 1864-1926): This Western Artist is widely collected for his prolific paintings and prints of the Old West, American Cowboys, and Native American Indians.Like Frederick Remington, he is a Major artist in this style. This paper print is custom framed. It measures 10.5 by 7.5 inches. The antiqued gold,wooden frame measures 17.5 by14.5 inches. The print is dated 1903, and his trade mark steers skull appears in the left bottom corner.This painting depicts the dramatic action of cowboys roping a bear near the mountains. 60.00
