Schedule
Friday
(1) Meet and greet at a coffee shop or similar location in Halifax at 6pm. This is when you will meet the other guys in your group. (3 men max.)
(2) We will discuss what you want to change about yourself, and how it can be achieved. We will talk about your fitness level, wealth and how to have a little extra cash without sacrificing all your daily habits and we will especially talk about how to overcome your fear of rejection from the opposite sex. This may sound a little crazy, however, ask yourself these questions:
• How many strangers have you met in the last week?
• How many women did you say "Hi" to that you did not know?
• When was the last time you went to a bar and talked to over 15 different women?
(3) Next we will discuss fashion and I will give you a few tips on clothing and what and how to wear different pieces of clothing. The last thing we will talk about is body language and how that affects how the world perceives you. We will wrap up and break for supper.
(4) The next part is when the fun begins, because I will take you out to different bars around Halifax (cover fees and 1 drink included) and show you how easy it is to talk to women in social settings. The focus will be on you and breaking past your comfort zones and I will show you that 90% of what people hear is not spoken.

Saturday - New Look…New You
(1) Meet at Halifax Shopping Centre at 12noon and get a few new pieces of clothing. I will have a few of my female friends critique your style and tell you what works and what doesn’t.
(2) After we have our clothes I will take you to Mic Mac Mall to my hair stylist. She is going to tell you what needs to be done to your hair; whether it needs to be cut, colored or just styled differently. She has been cutting my hair for over a year now and is a fantastic stylist and she will help you create a new look.
(3) After everyone has their new and improved looks, I am going to help you talk to and meet women during the day, either in a mall or on the street, depending on weather and time restraints.
(4) We will break for the day and meet at our first bar of the night at 10pm.
Sunday –Recap
(1) Sunday we will be doing a re-cap of what happened over the weekend and possibly work on meeting a few more women during the day. Possible questions we can ask them are: What they like, dislike about your style and presence? What is the first thing they noticed about you? We can even show the before picture of you and see if they have any other suggestions for you. Trust me the best advice about fashion improvement comes from women and almost any women is willingly to give her opinion.
Requirements
(1) You must be between the ages of 19 – 25. This is a general guideline but you must be at least 19.
(2) You must have a recent picture of yourself. I want you to have this because you are going to compare the old you with the new you.
(3) You must have money to buy; a few new pieces of clothing, get your hair cut and possibility colored and any additional drinks you want while we are in the bars. I would recommend about $200.00 for all of this.
(4) Bring $40.00 cash in $5 bills to the first bar we go to on Friday night. I will explain the reason at the bar.
