Designed in collaboration with the Country Music Association award-winning musician, a long time Martin guitar player and fan. - Dreadnought body of Indian rosewood and Adirondack spruce, with ivoroid binding and red, white & blue herringbone top trim, rosette and backstrip. Scalloped braces and forward-shifted X (Golden Era style), tortoise pickguard. Modified V-shape neck, ebony fretboard (standard 25.4" scale, 1-11/16" nut), dot position inlays, a phoenix inlaid at the 12th fret salutes the city where he was raised. Waverly nickel tuning gears, Geib style case.
The HD Dierks Bentley features the classic Martin Dreadnought shape, a fitting choice as Bentley has been a Martin D-28 player for years. The HD Dierks Bentley is crafted with solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, and a premium Adirondack spruce top; it will surely appeal to a wide range of pickers and strummers from country to bluegrass to rock.
