Shed stays, chain-link fence yard, nice landscaping, new awnings over the front door, back door and all of the windows, new front door with screen, new back door, 11x14 new front porch with step light rises and gate on front porch, nice cover up over the hitch, new wood panels on ceiling, all brand new house windows, new wood panel on half of the bottom of walls, new bathroom sink in hallway, new carpet, new vinyl flooring, 2 year old water heater, new door on water heater, freshly painted, but do need to touch up kitchen cabinets, chair railing in hallway, living room, kitchen, and laundry room, new wood trim, new baseboard, and crown molding in 2 of the bedrms, hallway, hallway bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room, new master bathroom has a stand up shower with a place to sit and the shower and I also have the shower door, but its not competed.
