This is a used unit, it may have some scratches and dents beyond my control.

SHEETER: with this exclusive variable speed feature, you can sheet puff pastry and danish extra soft and extra righ from the very first roll. Sheet your cookie doughs and cut them right off the belt. NO MORE GUESSING ON THICKNESS.

BREAD MOLDER: it makes all types of bread - white, whole wheat, raising and up to a 60% rye flour rye bread - from 6" hot dog rolls to 22" french bread at 30 loaves per minute.

CRUST ROLLER - there are four rollers, roll your pies and coffee cales in one smooth operation from one position. No more changing rollers or feeding from the back. Everything takes place in front of you.

Please Note: We have cleaned the belt as best as we could, unit is also missing a tray. Please read bellow. For Sale AS IS, AS Described
Appears that the brackets that hold the tray have been cut like by half. The tray comes with two holes on each side which mount on the brackets for full support. If you purchase the tray we will need to send it without holes, you will need to drill them and you run the risk that the tray may bend due that it is lacking support.

According to the cleaning instruction for this unit it says DO NOT REMOVE THE BELT FOR CLEANING, leave it on. Only remove the belt unless its being replaced. If you need a new belt it will cost $1200.00 form the manufacturing co.
