The CompAir Elite is a breakthrough in compressor nebulizer technology. Current technology wastes 89% of the energy to produce the aerosol mist. The CompAir Elite's patented design vastly improves the efficiency. Very little energy is needed to nebulize your prescription medications and it takes less time too, 30% less.
You can add an optional battery pack to give 30 minutes of independent operation. The battery pack (not included) locks on the bottom and will give up to 3 treatments before it needs to be recharged.
Even though it is in a small package, the CompAir Elite is clinically proven to give the same therapeutic effectiveness as current compressor nebulizer systems. The re-usable nebulizer kit uses 2 one-way valves to conserve medication. And it is designed to be tough and durable to withstand portable use.

I bought this for my 4 year old son a few months ago. It has been wonderful for him. He carries it in his school bag and is very proud to hold it himself during treatment. This nebulizer is great. I used to have one of the big old bulky nebulizers. I can just slip this one over my shoulder or even put in my purse. It is very easy to use. Our local pharmacy was charging $165 for the same model with the battery pack. I just plug this into a power inverter in the car that I use with my other regular power pack items and same the cost of extra battery or converter items, when I'm on the go. Plenty of room for medication in the outer zipper pocket.

I've had this unit for about two years now. I've found that it works wonderfully well when plugged in (either to a power outlet or a car lighter). It takes only slightly longer than my home unit when plugged in. When it's on battery power (which is a separate purchase), it takes significantly longer to complete a treatment...but that's the trade off for taking such a small unit traveling, and one I'm happy to make. I wouldn't want to use this unit all the time because you have to hang onto it with one hand (with my home unit, I can just hold the mouthpiece in my mouth). On the whole, this is a terrific travel unit and I'd recommend it highly.
