Each page is illustrated with b/w pictures showing a farmer at work doing different functions of farming during the great depression era.This book, written for the younger reader is an interesting record.The cover shows some aging with tear through the cover (as shown in scan) and previously taped. the pages inside are in remarkable condition with very little browning. There is slight rusting at the staples. Slight wear to the thin spine. the centrefold is the only page loose from the book This book is one of four books issued in a series.
