Thermal imaging, asbestos, allergen, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), bacteria, sewage spills, microwave and EMF testing also provided.
A state of the art inspection reporting system provides an easy to read approximately 50 page report, including photos, specific to your home or potential home. The report includes summaries of Defects, items over $1000 or health and safety issues, and Maintenance Requirements by area of the home with Recommendations.
