 | Calling All Investors and Travelers: I am selling my 1 bedroom Allegro/Occidental Platinum Plus suite at below market value. A suite sleeps 4 adults, has a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. My "home" membership is Aruba, which has amazing trading and/or renting power. Aruba is a 5 star resort and being a Platinum Plus member highest level of membership available) allows for many perks at other resorts. The beautiful resorts are in Aruba, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Spain.
I have 1 week available every year (from May until December "red", very desirable). If you buy now, I still have perks available for 2007 (extra weeks). Most of these resorts are all-inclusive only, which means you/renter pay the member only discounted all-inclusive rate (on most, but not all resorts)and a yearly maintenance fee. This is only a fraction of what the vacation would cost you, and if you rent, you will be able to make back your investment quickly. Aruba timeshares, as well as these other desirable locations, will only increase in value, as they already have over the years.
