Two 11x14 Rooms for rent in the Huffman area, very close to Atascocita, right across the Bridge. They will be coming available on May 1st.
The rent per room is $500 a month and this includes:
1) Room rent
2) Water/trash/high-speed cable internet, Xfinity app for local and network channels, Hulu, Netflix, and HBO for the rest. The first $200 in electric will be paid by us, anything over that will be split evenly between the tenants of the two spare rooms.
3) Use of Full-Size washer/dryer.
4) Large mutual living room space, dining room, and a huge kitchen.
5) There is a large bathroom on that side to be shared by all tenants on that side.
We are two older 44 and 48 professional men who like it quiet. We are laid back and like it clean. We do not drink or do drugs. Light social drinking is OK, drugs are not. We smoke outside on the porch.
We have two pets a dog and a cat, both very friendly. If you have pets we can discuss it.
No parties, please.
All we ask is that you pay on time, respect the house, and are willing to help with the usual household chores.

We offer a 30-day auto self-renewing lease. Either party is free to terminate the agreement given that they provide a written 30-day notice, in advance.
