Hello and thanks for looking at this beautiful 2001 Peterbilt 379. Since I've owned it, I've replaced all brakes, new radiator, new batteries, exhaust pipes, and a new steering box. The entire front steering and suspension system was rebuilt as well as the engines lower by the original owner. The upper was not rebuilt. The previous owners told me that the reason this wasn't done was that the oil analysis and compression testing did not indicate the need to. The reason they explained to me was that they never idled the engine, all heating, AC, or power for the fridge,TV, water heater, microwave and stove was furnished by the onboard 7K Watt diesel generator. The engine is very strong with no fluid leaks or smoke. Feel free to email me if you are still interested.
