I am selling everything in my storage unit. These items were supposed to follow me to my new apartment, but because of unforseen circumstances, I have to put them in a unit. Now I cannot keep up the payments and have to let them go. I am willing to go below what they are worth because I have to have them gone in a hurry.
I have:
-A very roomy, very comfortable beige/tan couch with a matching recliner that leans back. (retail value: $1200) Both in very good condition.
-Two wood end-tables with glass tops
-Three large lamps
-A convenient black rollable computer desk with slide-out keyboard that fits anywhere. Only imperfection is that it has a scarpe on the bottom which can easily be covered by paint.
-Miscellaneous boxes of matching dishes, drinking glasses, jar sets, silverware, etc..
-A table that can be used as a dining table if chose too, with five matching chairs.
-A four year old Whirlpool washer and dryer that has been well-taken care of and works perfectly.(retail value $700)
-Pictures, figures, knick knacks of all sorts, etc..
- A small corner wood cabinet.
- A microwave
...and other boxes full of things that can be used if you are moving into a brand new apartment, or if you would like to sell it, furburish it, you can do what you would like. I can break down the items to sell individually, or I can sell them by sets, or I will sell the whole storage unit to you for a low, cheap price.
I will also take payments with a written up contract. I do not take credit, or checks. Cash is a must.
