WOW, here is a natural phenomenal top end Zambian royal purple (top siberian purple) amethyst mined from the northeast trending belt in the Mwakambiko hills of the Mapatizya area of Zambia. This gem has that highly prized royal purple (top siberian purple) color (with some red & blue flashes as orientated), a near flawless clarity, and a well executed cut. The Zambia royal purple amethyst is by far one of the highest quality of amethyst in the market these days alongside only a few others, and is getting more difficult to acquire these days due to very low production. In fact it can be difficult to also acquire good amethyst from the few places known for good quality siberian purple amethyst like Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil, & Russia, but all in all Africa does have the richest purple on the market that I have seen alongside the Uruguayan amethyst. Exceptional face up appearance and a very gemmy eye appeal! This gem would make an excellent pendant and even be set in a ring for that someone special, but it is a great collectors gem for the serious collectors & investors out there!
