Book has a good deal of cover wear, some soiling to cover and peeling around spine and edges. Some spots inside front and back covers, and on flyleaf. In addition, the glue on the front cover is beginning to deteriorate and while the binding is tight, the front cover is becoming separated. The pages are clean, however, the previous owner has starred some items.
