I just don't sell these whelping nest, I use them in my own breeding program. They work great and WILL save puppies lives.
*Heat sensor - constantly gauges and adjust temp. accordingly.
*Maintains a constant, even temp. no matter what the surrounding environment.
*Dish shaped nest simulates a natural nest, keeps pups all together in one area.
*Sanitary & easily cleaned.
*23 inches outside diameter.
*Temp. 90 F for heating pad, 95 F for whelping,
and 100 F for stress. FACTS Puppies cannot retain their own body temperature for the first week to 10 days of their lives.
30% of puppies die before weaning.
The majority of those deaths are due to insufficient heat from an inconsistent heat source.
Lovett's Heated Whelping Nest reduces mortality in newborn puppies, and produces healthier, more vigorous pups. | |
