Here is indeed a very impressive topaz where the gem rough was mined from the Pedra Preta pit in Bahia of the NE Region of Brazil. We are talking a fantastic gem here with an exceptional face up appearance and a very gemmy eye appeal. A very fine pink topaz. This super gem would make an excellent gift for that someone special, especially mounted in a ring or pendant!
