Come out and help build and stain three small bridges for the nature walk in Sweet Grass Meadow which is located in Boissevain directly north of the cemetary. Volunteers will be gathering on Wednesday, August 8th at 1PM. We will also be continuing to work in the evening starting at 7PM to hopefully finish the bridges. Please bring cordless drill to attach the precut decking 2x6x5' boards (donated by Goodons) on the arches (donated by Western Archrib). Paint brushed to apply stain would also be appreciated. There is going to approximately one mile of trail developed to meander around the 18 acre site. The plan is to identify all the native species of grass and flowers in the area. So far most of the goods and services needed to make this project happen have been donated so let's continue this community spirit and get the labour all done by volunteers.
