NOTE: Unit ready to beening use, tested and works fine. Nothing missing, all attatchments are included.
Grinding Output: Up to 70-lbs. per minute depending on product type, temperature, plate hole size, feed rate, etc. GREAT FOR FRESH MEATS, OR PORK OR SAUSAGE. CAN DO CHICKEN, DO NOT PUT BONES IN THERE.
Construction: Stainless steel cabinet and removable product tray
Feed Pan: Removable stainless steel high back pan standard. Left-hand feed standard, right-hand available.
Utilizes industry-standard Hobart-style grinder plates, 3.94-in. diameter
Main Switch: Appropriate rated watertight magnetic type with thermal overload and under voltage protection.
Safety Switch System: Electrical interlock switch prevents operation when feed pan is removed.
Transmission: Non-slip chain drive over wide face sprockets insuring maximum power transfer from motor to worm
Bearing: Tapered roller, deep tapered thrust bearings carry all radial and thrust loads from worm, eliminating friction
Electrical: Powerful 7.5 horsepower motor, 208/220/440 volt, 3 phase, 50 or 60 Hertz
