Entire Contents of our Winter Home (Las Vegas NV 89123)
50 East Serene Ave
We own a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom apt in the Manhattan Condos - off of las Vegas Blvd South. This is a gated community. We are selling all of our furnishings including accessories which are practically brand new, as we have only used this apartment for a few months out of the year. We have never rented this apartment but will be putting it up for rent soon. We live on the East Coast and so moving all this stuff is not practical for us as we have furniture on the East Coast already. Please call soon to set up an appointment to see what we have. Time is of the essence. We must sell everything by the middle of March. Everything is PRICED TO SELL. If you can use anything we have, you will be getting a great deal! (I spent many hours furnishing this apartment with tender loving care).

Black Leather(dark cappachino colored) sofa and loveseat.
Matching large leather ottoman with wooden open storage underneath. (cherry color)
Wood Antique cabinet with drawers. Very unusual and makes an attractive TV stand. Pretty carvings on the sides of the cabinet.
2 Cozy Black Leather chairs (smaller scale) which convert to an ottoman and closed storage.
Art Deco Bedroom Set (perfect for apartment or smaller bedroom) I call it my petite bedroom set. Light pecan wood (glossy finish) with faux marbleized top on the two end tables and rounded armoire. Armoire has a place for a tv inside it and two drawers at the bottom for storage. We have a king-size bed so the headboard accommodates it.
Vanity table which happens to blend in very well with the bedroom. Has a mirrored top and center drawer. Petite ottoman accompanies the vanity. (Fabric in a rust color with striping of blue-green and yellow-gold) Adorable.
Other bedroom has a platform bed (queen size) with 4 posts surrounding the platform. Color is almost black. Headboard is open lattice work.
Handmade tables are available if interested.
Office furniture - modern type - glass and chrome. U-shaped. Two black chairs. One is black and ergonomic, the other is all black in comfortably padded fabric. Wooden File box and some other miscellaneous office items.
Dining Room Set. Cherry wood with 6 chairs padded in black leather. 2 chairs have arms. 4 do not. Very attractive. Additional leaf is available to enlarge the table. We never even took the leaf out of the original packaging. It's only the two of us and when we're here, we don't entertain! The table has been more for show than anything else to complete the room. We've been sitting at our island in the kitchen on two very comfortable stools.
Lots of beautifully framed pictures throughout the apartment. Two large framed pictures with antiqued wooden frames hang, one behind the sofa, the other in the dining room. These pictures look like they belong in the White House living room. They depict a very classy living room with a crystal chandelier, intricate area rugs, arched windows, oversized plants and Victorian seating. Very elegant.
Lots of kitchen items, pottery, glassware, table and floor lamps, decorative items.
