Wind Up Musical Porcelain Collectible. This beautiful rendition of a cardinal sitting on a yellow flowered bush or tree is designed by Eda Mann, "Milano Porcelain" Sculpture (printed in blue on back).
Music, I believe, is the theme song to the Godfather. Music plays wonderfully, the mechanism is perfect, and the porcelain appears to be chip, stain, craze free. The "wear" marks are intentional, as shown on others I've seen.
Measures 6 1/4 inches tall, 12 inches around the widest point on the base.
