We are looking to re-home our home theatre package, as we don't seem to be using it anymore. All components are in great working condition, simply a bit dated.
The projector and the speakers were purchased about 10 years ago. At that time this Boxlight projector retailed for about $1200; the Acoustic Research wireless speakers retailed for about $150. The projector bulb was replaced two years ago, at 1900 hours. As you can see in the attached photo, we have only logged about seven hours on the new bulb; average bulb life is 2200-3000 hours.
The Sony DVD player was purchased about three years ago and has been used maybe a couple dozen times since then. It retailed for about $65.00 at the time.
Most people may not recognize the Boxlight brand name, as it is focused more on the commercial/educational market, as opposed to home theatre. Boxlight was a pioneer in LCD projector technology; very good quality products.
I might be willing to sell these items separately; however, at this price, why not take the lot? This has been a great little system for us.
*note: The projected images attached were taken in a darkened room, during daytime, using an 80" screen (i.e. the image is 80 inches in diagonal length).
