This play house sold by Wallmart for $450. Like new, comes with the kitchen (retail price $120), assembled. For children up to 8 y/o. Very durable and heavy (does not need to be anchored, will stay in place even if it is stormy outside). Clean, in excellent condition. I ask $200.
