As the Store Manager, you will manage the operations and staff including executing all company policies, procedures, programs and systems to ensure the restaurant is achieving objectives and in accordance with all business practices.

As the Store Manger, you will be expected to:

Provide leadership, direction, training and development to managers and crew
Work closely with the Franchise Owner, Assistant Store Manager and Shift Managers to inspire Crew Members to always do their best while maintaining a “People Excellence” environment
Ensure guests enjoy an outstanding customer experience
Achieve the store goals and put systems into place to achieve financial goals
Get great results while creating a warm, welcoming place for both employees and customers
Oversee local store marketing as needed
Grow and develop your team

What makes you a great candidate:

A diploma plus 2-3 years’ experience as a Manager/Assistant Store Manager in the QSR industry
Drive to learn and grow, initiative, and a can do attitude
A positive attitude and the ability to build a team and motivate others to achieve success
