Classified Details

Local team of adult competitive skateboarders is looking for a heated space between 800 and 2000 feet in which to build a training facility to train on during inclement weather, preferably somewhere within the Edmonton city limits, although nearby alternatives will be considered. Type of building is not important (examples are barns, quonset huts, garages etc), but must have electricity and be heated (or at least insulated so heatable), and must have a ceiling or rafters 9 feet high or higher. Willing to consider doing upgrades/renovation work in exchange for rent.
