Model # 961, 951
Nat. gas, a series 900 is gas fired, sectional baking and roasting ovens.
Exterior Construction: Full angle iron frame. Stainless steel front, top, sides and back.
Heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle.
Burner doors open easily for ignition, cleaning or adjustment, without removal of any fastenings.
Interior Construction:
Model 961 - 42 1/2" x 30" x 7" oven compartment interior.
Model 951 - 42 1/2" x 30" x 12" oven compartment interior
Oven capacity: for both ovens are the same
but for the 951 the oven compartment is 12" you can fit (5) 25 lb Turkeys
You can put 6 pie tins inside that are 10" in size. or Bean pots # 1 ( 15) , # 2 ( 8) or # 3 ( 6 )....
You can put inside, bun pans, bread pans, roll pans, pullman tins, roast pan, cup tins too.
Ask salesperson for more details, on the capacities.
Note: Ovens have some denst and scratchs do to fact that they are used.
