We have a 20'x40' 1949 Melody manufactured mobile home for sale. The home is currently sitting on a concrete foundation and can be relocated, as it is a registered unit.

The building is to be sold "AS IS" and is the purchaser's responsibility to remove from the site.

-The interior requires some work, but structurally it's sound.

The building includes all appliances (Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Stove) and includes electric baseboard heating throughout. There is newer laminate flooring and the bathroom has been recently "Half renovated".

The home is located in Sooke, British Columbia on a very accessible Rd.


We are asking $3000, OBO. We're also willing to negotiate for trade services as we are building a new home on the property. We would be willing to trade for the following services:
