The AKC blood lines of these puppies can be verified. However, the seller of the sire to this litter inadvertently obtained a limited AKC registration which meant that this litter could not be registered.

We have eight German Shepherd puppies, all males. All will be the classic black and tan saddle, some sleek fur and some medium full fur. They will be eight weeks on December 19. Under exceptional circumstances will they be allowed to leave the litter before then. All will have 3 rounds of deworming, first shots, vet exam, food bag, mommy blanket and lots of loving.

The puppies are being raised with the “Misty” method whereby their abode has a designated potty area apart from the bed and play and eating areas, which is a great start to potty training. These smart puppies are already almost exclusively using that potty area for their no. 2s, with zero no. 2s in the beds. They are in a home exposed to household noises and a variety of handling and toys to develop their natural curiosity and limit timidity. They are not in a puppy mill or stored in a barn with straw and/or wood chips.

We owned the grandmother and grandfather of the sire. We purchased this great grandmother of this litter, who was a solid white, from a breeder in Texas. She had HeisterBerg blood lines, which are known for their temperament and intelligence and beauty. She was held back as superior breeding stock.

The mother of this litter was purchased from a breeder in Minnesota. Her name is Halo. The Minnesota breeder had health issues which required them to discontinue breeding large animals. Halo was one of their prime specimens who also was held back from their litters as part of their breeding stock. She is very loyal and protective and yet affectionate. Everywhere I take her I hear exclamations, even from the vet, of her exceptional beauty. She has medium length hair and is solid black.

The Sires name is Thor the Thunder dog. He is a medium-size shepherd with more sleek fur then the mother. He’s very alert and playful yet very affectionate, also. He is the classic black and tan saddle. Both dogs spend time in the urban setting of Bismarck as well as at a farm. The pups may be viewed almost anytime in December in Bismarck and some may also travel to Fargo.
