PRICED FOR QUICK SALE! Owner must sell this Nordic Track GRT 500 Home Gym due to his moving and new gym membership. Purchased ~4 years ago. Owner is a physician. Machine is complete and in excellent condition.

There is a complete weight stack which will provide plenty of resistance - up to 180 pounds and you can always add more.
There are high, middle and low pulleys, a bar for leg work, pivoting arms for exercises like bench press, and an overhead bar for exercises like lat pull.

There are several dozen exercises that you can do, including:
