Can show in Elmwood Park or Evanston. Made by Henry Disston & Sons, Inc. Only one owner... a NW Indiana carpenter who became a general contractor. Very good condition and well maintained. Made in Philadelphia with era logo stamped into the center of saw blade. Also an inscription on saw blade:
"For Beauty, Finish and Utility,
this Saw cannot be Excelled"
See photos for a blank copy of the Henry Disston and Son's certificate issued to each new owner of their saws made in Philadelphia since 1840.
