SENIOR CITIZEN DRIVING: I could pick up and drive older folks to medical appointments and more. I have an economy 2018 car with a hitch I had put on to hold a wheelchair or power scooter that I can pick up and take on the drive.

LONG DISTANCE DRIVING: I can help if you have for example a utility truck and trailer, bobtail truck, and you need a delivery over night, say from San Diego to Phoenix for example, part time, I could maybe help do that for over night trips.

IF YOU HATE FLYING, I CAN DRIVE YOU: I have flown all over the world when I was in the Navy. I have been to 16 countries so far and I have flown lots of times, but I still hate flying! It gives me stress just thinking about it. When I go on vacation, from California to Michigan, I always drive over flying, because I just enjoy it more. If you really hate flying, but you need to go to a conference in Vegas, or a meeting in Dallas, or something in Salt Lake City, or anywhere, I can drive you. You can work on your laptop the whole way while I drive. I can drive up to 14 hours a day roughly. A rental car with unlimited mileage is best for this situation.

QUALITY PACKAGE DELIVERY DRIVER: If you have a quality product, that needs to be delivered, and maybe you need me to show them how to use it, like medical devices, or anything. I could use my car or yours, do deliveries in San Diego, Los Angles, Orange County, Inland Empire, part time a few days a week would be good. I have a small economy 2018 4 door hatchback car that holds about 1 pallet of merchandise.

TREE CUTTING ESTIMATOR DRIVER: I could drive around giving estimates for your tree cutting business for you. I have about 17 years of giving estimates for tree cutting. I just need to drive around with the owner and point out about 50 different trees to get and idea of the prices you like to charge, so we are on the same page. You show me some trees, and I would tell you the price I would quote, and you tell me the price you would of said, so I can get close to your mind and prices. I can also take pictures of each tree and send you the quote I gave them, just so you know, or you need me to do something else. This would be good part time for me, my car or yours, pay or commission is good.

LABORATORY SAMPLES DRIVER: I can drive and deliver or pick up lab samples, and deliver to anywhere you need them to go. I'm a clean cut person and can be nice to people and do a good job, part time would be good.

REAL ESTATE SIGNS AND HELP DRIVER: If you own a real estate company and need a person to set out the open house signs, and pick them back up, I can do that. I can also do things like house checks and pick up liter, advertisements, papers, even dog waste from people walking by and letting their dogs do their business. I can check on the property to make sure it was not vandalized. I can use my car or yours and put up the for sale signs by finding a good spot and digging the hole. I can also pick them up or change the signs. I can water some plants that need it if needed, whatever it takes to help out. Part time would be good.

ERRANDS, COURIER, DELIVERY DRIVER: I can help you if you need transportation help, etc. I have a 4 door hatchback 2018 economy car with a wheel chair carrier on the back when I attach it if needed. For home help, home errands are included with no extra charge, if you need something more than a few miles, I can help for $1.00 a mile one way, or .60 cents a mile round trip. My car can hold from a letter up to about 1 pallet of items, so just let me know what you want to do. I'm willing to drive in a 500 mile radius roughly. POST ADVERTISING SIGNS ON THE STREET: If you ordered commercial advertising yard signs, and now it's time to put them together and go out on the street and post them at corners and intersections, I can help you maybe. I can help you put them together, and just a hint, it's easier and cheaper to buy bundles of wooden stakes of 25 or 100, then it is those wire hangars they sell. In San Diego, a lot of the ground is pretty hard, so wooden stakes go in better with a mallet than the wire ones you are supposed to step on, great for grassy areas, but not so great for intersections, just my opinion from doing it.

I can also take pictures of each sign to text to you, and some of the pictures you can use for your online ads, if you have a nice sign.

I can post your signs for you, I usually do this in the middle of the night when their is less traffic. I can also just help you if you want to drive your own car and I ride with you and I get out and post them and get back in, I can help for $25 an hour, 3 hour minimum. Or I can post them for you on my own and take pictures for you.

Intersections and hard to get to spots stay the longest. Ran into a few people living on the side of the road, more than once, that scared me and them, until I started expecting it!

We lived in Rancho Penasquitos in the same house for 27 years, and had 3 rental properties up North for 10 years, and lost most all of it at the end, so I know a little bit about getting property ready to rent out again, and again. I have some interesting stories about renting property out.

I started working in a bakery at 8 years old. I got my first paper route at 10, I had to buy it from the kid that had it, I wanted it that bad, so I made him a deal. I then started working in a restaurant at 13 washing dishes, and then got a job at a grocery store at 15, and it was union, so I got paid a little better as a kid.

My dad always told me since I was a young kid, and he was not mean about it, but always was his rule, you have to move out before your 16. My other brothers and sister where gone before they turned 16, and I was the youngest, so I knew I had to move out, I did not want to be thrown out, so I worked really hard.

My mom passed away when I was 2, so I had to be with my dad most all the time. He owned some bakeries, so I spent lots of time going to work with him. We would work in the middle of the night, starting at midnight.
My first job at 8 years old was using a paint brush to paint or put butter inside stacks of bread pans that baked loafs of bread so they don't stick to the pans. I also mostly filled and iced trays of donuts and did clean up. That was how I made money to buy clothing for school, I just never liked working in the middle of the night, such odd hours for a kid it seemed, but I had no choice.

I was able to rent an apartment with my friend, 2 years older then me, also a grocery store worker. My manager knew my situation, and let me work nights and on Sundays so that I could continue to go to school.
When I turned 18, I joined the navy, and that was the best thing that I did. I really liked the navy. After 8 years in the navy, I opened a store in Oceanside in 1990. I had a few stores and a small warehouse for close to 10 years, good times and bad times.

When the internet started showing up in peoples homes, I was one of the first to be on Ebay selling, back when it was the wild west compared to now, which I still sell on it now, but way more different these days for sure. I've had my stores in Oceanside, Escondido, Poway and San Marcos. I switched to online sales and have had many different websites over the years, maybe too many! I sell mostly copper and brass items these days online.

For the last 12 years I had worked and typed up my own self published books in paperback, ebook and audio. I sell them on Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Lulu, Google Books, ibookstore, itunes, Kobo, Tablo, Draft to Digital, Audible, and more.

TYPING SERVICE: I learned to type in the navy at Yeoman A school. I type roughly 70 words per minute. The navy used to test you for advancement. It also helped me to write and do my own self published books I have did in the last 12 years. CONFIDENTIAL TYPING: I used to type up all the navy officer evaluations (FITREPS), and much more stuff. WELDING & CUTTING TORCH: I have a portable welding and cutting torch tank set on a hand dolly, good for help for cutting metal or welding. I'm no expert welder, but I used to always weld my own bobcat and dump trailer when I used to take yards out with my own equipment, so I welded myself all the time. I also took one semester of a class called "high tech welding" at Palomar College, just for fun several years ago, so if you need help doing something small, I can help maybe. $75 for up to an hour of use.

HOUSE CARE & SITTING: $75 for overnight, 8pm to 7am, pet care, fish, lights, water plants. I have lived in the same house in Rancho Penasquitos for 27 years, and the last 5 years in Lakeside. We used to own rental property in Temecula, Apple Valley and Hesperia for 10 years roughly, but not any more. I owned a horse up in Hesperia for a few years, so I can help with horses, dogs, cats, etc.

I used to do it all, fix up to re-rent, paint, had my own bobcat back then so I did all the yards, as they were big yards, all 3. Had "help you rent" help us a bit, but I was ripped off several times. One renter stole the whole A/C unit outside our property, a $5,000 unit, and we had to pay the $1,000 deductible to get another one put in, and even the property management taking advantage of us, sure don't miss all the headaches, sure did have to do a lot of work sometimes, ask me all you want about that, maybe I can save you some money on something you have to do?

If you just need someone to come over and get the mail, make it look like someones home, change the lights, park my car their, and just need to have the place checked on for security and more.

In my life, I have bought and sold 4 pieces of land, no structures, just land, and I never lost sleep on that, even if they blow up my land, it still lands on the ground, and I made money on each piece of land, so I recommend that to anyone, houses are another story, did not have the best of luck with houses, if i was younger, I would only buy land and then just resell it, no property management, no renters, just me making signs to post on my land for sale!
If I was 25 again, that would be the best thing I could think of, but we got excited about the housing boom and we got into it, but land was the only thing that worked good for me, ask me all you want, maybe I can help with something on houses or land?
